Thank you for your interest in Chestnut Hollow, a 28-unit rental community designed for independent senior living. Because of the high level of interest and ongoing demand, we felt it was important to create a fair and orderly process to assist those prospective residents who would like to join the Chestnut Hollow community at some point in the future. As such, we have developed a Priority Reservation Program for people who want to be placed on our waiting list.

With a reservation deposit of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), you will be given the next priority number on our One Bedroom Waiting List or Two Bedroom Waiting List depending on your preference. When we reach your priority number, you will be guaranteed an offer of an apartment. At that time you will have three days to make your decision before we call the next person on the waiting list. If you are not ready to move to Chestnut Hollow at that time, you will remain on the Priority Reservation List and will retain the same priority number. The next time an apartment becomes available, we will offer it to you first.

Upon lease up, your full deposit will be applied to your first month's rent. If your circumstances change, and you want to withdraw from our Priority Reservation Program, please send us a letter, and we cheerfully will refund your deposit, less a $50.00 administrative fee.
